1. OBJETO<\/strong>
1.1. Este regulamento estabelece as condi\u00e7\u00f5es para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos de servi\u00e7os ofertados pela EVOTI Sistemas, incluindo os planos mensal, trimestral, semestral e anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. PLANOS DISPON\u00cdVEIS<\/strong>
2.1. Plano Mensal<\/strong>: Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o com renova\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica mensal, sem aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de descontos.
2.2. Plano Trimestral<\/strong>: Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o por 3 (tr\u00eas) meses com 5% (cinco por cento) de desconto no valor da mensalidade.
2.3. Plano Semestral<\/strong>: Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o por 6 (seis) meses com 15% (quinze por cento) de desconto no valor da mensalidade.
2.4. Plano Anual<\/strong>: Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o por 12 (doze) meses com 30% (trinta por cento) de desconto no valor da mensalidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. FORMA DE PAGAMENTO<\/strong>
3.1. O pagamento dos planos trimestral, semestral e anual deve ser realizado integralmente no ato da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.
3.2. O pagamento pode ser feito \u00e0 vista ou parcelado no cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito em at\u00e9 3 (tr\u00eas) vezes sem juros, exclusivamente para os planos semestral e anual.
3.3. Para os clientes que optarem pelo plano mensal<\/strong>, o pagamento poder\u00e1 ser realizado das seguintes formas:
3.3.1. Boleto Banc\u00e1rio Mensal<\/strong>: Emitido mensalmente, com vencimento programado para cada m\u00eas.
3.3.2. Carn\u00ea<\/strong>: Emitido com vencimentos programados para os meses subsequentes.
3.4. O plano mensal n\u00e3o possui desconto<\/strong>, independentemente da forma de pagamento escolhida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. VALORES<\/strong>
4.1. Os valores dos planos s\u00e3o calculados com base nos sistemas e m\u00f3dulos contratados, conforme a tabela vigente \u00e0 \u00e9poca da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.
4.2. O cliente ser\u00e1 informado do valor final antes da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. RENOVA\u00c7\u00c3O E CANCELAMENTO<\/strong>
5.1. O plano mensal ser\u00e1 renovado automaticamente a cada m\u00eas, salvo manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o expressa do cliente em cancelar o servi\u00e7o com, no m\u00ednimo, 30 (trinta) dias de anteced\u00eancia ao t\u00e9rmino do per\u00edodo contratado.
5.2. Os planos trimestral, semestral e anual n\u00e3o possuem renova\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica.
5.3. Cancelamentos dos planos trimestral, semestral e anual n\u00e3o geram direito a reembolso de valores j\u00e1 pagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES GERAIS<\/strong>
6.1. Este regulamento poder\u00e1 ser alterado a qualquer momento, mediante comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via ao cliente.
6.2. Caso haja d\u00favidas ou diverg\u00eancias, o cliente dever\u00e1 entrar em contato com a equipe de atendimento da EVOTI Sistemas para esclarecimentos.
6.3. Este regulamento est\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente no Brasil e, em caso de conflito, o foro competente ser\u00e1 o da Comarca de Ol\u00edmpia\/SP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
